McFarlane Acquires South Seas FAA-PMA Products

Expands Reach In GA Aftermarket Parts And Components

McFarlane Aviation announced it has acquired the extensive line of South Seas Ventures FAA-PMA products, significantly expanding McFarlane’s reach in support for general aviation and legacy aircraft, particularly for Beechcraft Barons and Bonanzas.

The acquisition covers a wide range of airframe replacement parts such as landing gear and door or step components, up to and including flight and engine control hardware and associated items like bolts, bushings, bearings, steps, handles, and assorted clips, rings, springs, and clamps.

Mike Polanis, President of McFarlane said, “As the general aviation fleet matures, the continued availability and support of legacy platforms remain a vital priority. Bringing the South Seas Ventures competed FAA-PMA product line into our system ensures these essential products remain available for years to come. We’re proud to expand our ability to serve customers who rely on these aircraft.”

Michael Kobylik, Owner of South Seas Ventures said, “We’ve always been committed to supporting the owners and operators of these aircraft. McFarlane shares that same commitment to quality, safety, and customer service. We’re confident that our customers will benefit greatly from McFarlane’s manufacturing capabilities, distribution network, and technical expertise.”

McFarlane said it plans to seamlessly integrate the South Seas inventory into its existing distribution operations with no interruption of customer access or service. To that end, the technical support staff is updating the system along with product resources and documentation to ensure a smooth transition.

Customers will see enhanced continuity of parts and an expanded support team to assist with orders, fulfillment, and customer service. McFarlane Aviation is a Victor Sierra company.
