Their flagship product line, the Evolution Flight Display system, continues to expand with the features and functions that make flying with glass panel technology so rewarding. The steady stream of product enhancements and upgrades makes the Aspen philosophy a reality. Aspen has seen many major milestones since the Evolution Primary Flight Display (PFD) system was first certified in March 2008. The Multi-function Flight Display (MFD) was certified in September 2009. Aspen’s MFDs are built on the same certified hardware and software platform as the award-winning PFDs, and feature high resolution moving maps, terrain awareness, traffic and weather displays.
Aspen Avionics continues to innovate with products like Connected Panel, a revolutionary product line that provides a wireless link between certified instrument panel avionics and portable smart devices. Leveraging Aspen’s Approved Model List, Connected Pilot is available to operators and owners of over 900 makes and models of aircraft.
