Helicopter-Specific Products Aligned With ICAO Safety Concepts
Professional Resources In System Management, LLC (PRISM) has released an update to their Safety Management System (SMS) packaging and pricing for helicopter operators. The company says PRISM Essential and Professional subscription packages provide the industry’s most comprehensive set of tools to assist aviation companies as they implement and manage an effective SMS program. PRISM’s new affordable pricing for small operators of one to two aircraft makes a functional SMS even more accessible to the entire helicopter industry.
PRISM’s SMS solutions are specifically tailored to assist all aircraft operators – from single aircraft operators to the largest flight department – to plan, effectively implement and manage their SMS. The program is aligned with the International Civil Aviation Organization’s “Four Pillars of Safety Management” concept and is fully compliant with the International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO). PRISM’s SMS solutions are uniquely designed help operators effectively meet the increasing challenges created by emerging regulations and standards while also facilitating safe and efficient flight and ground operations.
“PRISM’s helicopter specific packages and pricing further demonstrates our commitment to this distinctive industry and their safety management needs,” said Chris Young PRISM Vice President of Helicopter Aviation Services. “We recognize that one to two aircraft operators may find it more challenging to acquire a comprehensive suite of SMS tools such as those contained in the PRISM program, including our Aviation Risk Management Online Resource (ARMOR). Therefore we modified our original subscription packages to better match the needs and resources of this important group of customers.”
