Arnold Peterson, 57, of Big Pine, CA has pleaded guilty to operating a plane without an airman’s certificate. According to court documents from the Eastern District of California, on June 8, 2017, Peterson flew a private aircraft into Portales Municipal Airport located in Portales, New Mexico without having a valid airman certification issued by the FAA.
