Piper Aircraft Appoints Aftermarket Business Director

Wes Norris Gets The Nod For Customer Support Leadership Role

Aircraft customer support executive Wes Norris has been named  Director of Aftermarket Business for Piper Aircraft. Norris joins Piper after a 31-year career at Hawker Beechcraft Corp. and leads Piper's aftermarket business development office in Vero Beach, working with customers and dealers throughout the world.

"Norris' (pictured) mission is to provide a high level of support to the dealer network in order to maximize the value proposition for the complete line of Piper products," said Piper Head of Sales Administration and Customer Support Lisa Giessert. Norris joins Piper following a 31-year career at Hawker Beechcraft where his most recent position was director of Customer Experience for that company's completion center in Little Rock, Ark.
 
"Norris is a customer support leader with extensive hands-on experience in developing and leading customer focused teams that consistently produce improved customer satisfaction through utilization of Six Sigma process improvements specializing in parts support," Giessert added. "Wes is a leader with integrity known as a customer advocate who ensures customer satisfaction success of the support network."
