PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 425502N/1221500W OR ROGUE VALLEY /OED/ VORTAC 028 DEGREE RADIAL AT 39 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 9500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, PHONE 801-413-0515 OR FREQ 122.225 (BYBEE COMPLEX FIRE), IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MC MINNVILLE /MMV/ AFSS, PHONE 503-474-2846, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
