PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR CHEMICAL FIRE ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF WASHINGTON STATE PATROL ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 471400N/1223000W ORTHE MCCHORD /TCM/ VORTAC 327 DEGREE RADIAL AT 5.2 NAUTICAL MILES WASHINGTON STATE PATROL TELEPHONE 253-548-2020 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. SEATTLE ARTCC /ZSE/ PHONE 253-351-3520, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
