FDC 7/3754 ZLA ...SPECIAL NOTICE... EFFECTIVE 0706120130 UTC UNTIL 0706120900 UTC. AIRBORNE LASER ACTIVITIES WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE SEA RANGE OFF THE CALIFORNIA COAST WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: W283, W285A, W532, W537,W289, W60, W61. THIS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN CONJUNCTION WITH CARF NOTAMS ISSUED FOR SALMON LIGHT LOW (FL270-UNL)AND SALMON LIGHT HIGH (FL350-UNL). THE LASER BEAM MAY BE INJURIOUS TO PILOTS/ AIRCREWSAND PASSENGERS EYES WITHIN SALMON LIGHT LOW AND SALMON LIGHT HIGH ATAND ABOVE FL450 AND WITHIN THE ABOVE WARNING AREAS. THE DOMESTIC EVENTS NETWORK (DEN), 202-493-5107, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
