The sport and general aviation business scored some serious equal time this week as they made more news than they have in quite the while.

First and foremost, two of the alphabets appeared to have eaten their wheaties and taken on the FAA over the issue of requiring a Third Class medical cert for strictly recreational aviating. Other top stories include the welcome news that an advisory circular published by the FAA, says the agency would not be issuing Airworthiness Directives for airplanes in the Experimental category. We also have details about Sun 'n Fun fixing yet another blunder concerning last year's tornado and their initial willingness to victimize the victims of that disaster, as well as news of more hot water for the TSA, SpaceX's tenth year in operations, Jim Campbell's latest foray into pushing for the "Aero-Transformation" of GA, and a renewed search for Amelia Earhart. We have ALL this and SO MUCH MORE in this week's edition of AIRBORNE!
As always, PLEASE keep sending us your feedback and ideas... you have no idea how important that is to us as we evolve the Airborne mission. As we listen to your critiques, we're getting a far better idea as to how to tweak and fine-tune future Airborne programming to fit your needs. We think you're going to like what we have in mind for the future.
