The folks at BatteryMINDer have just introduced a 28 volt battery charger-maintainer-desuflator for the aviation market. Weighing just over seven (7) pounds, this compact unit fulfills the requirements of both shops and owners to fully power all electronics, desulfate weak batteries without removing them from the aircraft, if allowed by manufactures requirements, and rapidly recharge fully discharged batteries in as little as one hour, depending on battery size. Unit fully dissolves sulfate from weak batteries, enabling many to pass FAA airworthiness-capacity tests.
