Int’l Footprint Continues Expanding

AgEagle Aerial Systems, provider of advanced drone and aerial imaging solutions, announced the sale of two more eBee X drones to South Korea, bringing the country’s total installed base to more than 100 units. This sale strengthens AgEagle’s strategic partnership the country and reaffirms its position in the Asia-Pacific drone market.

The Asia-Pacific comsumer drone market is projected to grow at 15% through 2030 and reach $4.1 billion in value, according to Grandview Research. AgEagle intends to grow in response to this projected demand for innovative and mission-driven solutions.

Bill Irby, CEO of AgEagle said, “Achieving our 100th eBee drone sale in South Korea represents a key growth milestone. It reflects the growing global demand for our advanced aerial solutions and validates the strength of our platform across a range of industries and geographies.

“As adoption accelerates in international markets like South Korea, we remain focused on scaling operations, deepening customer relationships, and delivering high-performance drone systems that meet evolving mission needs. This progress directly supports our commitment to building sustainable value for all our stakeholders.”

The eBee X uncrewed systems support a growing variety of uses that currently include:

  • Urban Planning: The eBee X is approved for Operations Over People (OOP) in multiple countries, making it ideal for city mapping and infrastructure development in densely populated areas.
  • Disaster response and recovery: Rapid setup and deployment allow for immediate aerial support in critical response scenarios.
  • Emerging Defense and Security Applications: The eBee X’s Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) and OOP approvals enable geospatial data collection in sensitive or hard-to-reach environments.
