Textron Delivers Medevac-Equipped King Air To Peru

First Of Two Intended For Multi-Role Missions

The Peruvian Air Force took delivery of the first of two multi-role Beechcraft King Air 360CHW aircraft, Textron announced.

The King Air 360CHW is equipped with a cargo door and outfitted for heavy weight operations. The second aircraft is expected to be delivered in 2025.

Bob Gibbs, Vice President of Special Mission Sales for Textron Aviation said, “The King Air 360CHW delivered to the Peruvian Air Force for aeromedical evacuation (MEDEVAC) can also execute troop and cargo transport, command and control and many other missions. From the coast and the highlands to the Amazon rainforest of Peru, the versatile King Air is well suited to operate in diverse, austere and remote locations.”

Textron Aviation’s reputation in special missions applications caters to government, military, and commercial customers.

The King Air 360CHW provides the high performance and flight characteristics required for a broad range of special missions. The versatility and low operating costs make it a good solution for air ambulance, cargo and troop transport, ISR, aerial survey, training, and other special operations. It is also a very capable aircraft for facing the challenges of operations in remote and demanding environments.
