Lightspeed Aviation Introduces The Sierra Headset

Expects To Ship To Retailers In About A Month

A new headset from Lightspeed Aviation made its debut Tuesday. The company says the headset is targeted to the pilot who is looking for premium performance and high value.

"The Sierra is the perfect headset for those who want best-of-class features, comfort and affordability," said Lightspeed President Allan Schrader.

Sierra's list of features includes Bluetooth connectivity, active noise reduction, wired auxiliary audio input, auto MusicMute, and microphone reversibility. "We are confident that Sierra will be the answer for many of our loyal customers, as well as others in the market that have been waiting for a better alternative to what is currently available at the mid-price level," says Schrader.

Sierra will be available for shipping to U.S. dealers beginning June 14, 2010 and international dealers later this summer. U.S. dealers will begin accepting orders immediately. International dealers will begin accepting orders later this summer. The suggested retail price of the Lightspeed Sierra is $650.
