Aspen Avionics Promotes Brad Hayden To Vice President Of Marketing

Responsibilities Will include Overall Marketing Strategy And Programs

Aspen Avionics announced this week that Brad Hayden (pictured) has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing, and will be responsible for the company’s overall product strategy and marketing programs. Hayden will report directly to Aspen’s President and CEO, John Uczekaj.

“Brad has been an integral part of the company’s marketing team since the very early days of the company, and as such crafted its unique brand and strong marketing messages” said Uczekaj. “In his expanded role, Brad will help define and drive Aspen’s growing portfolio of avionics offerings into new markets and continue to increase awareness about Aspen’s compelling product line.”

Before joining Aspen Avionics at its inception, Hayden held a variety of positions managing global, high tech marketing programs for companies such as US Robotics, 3Com and Informix. Always looking for new ways to leverage leading-edge communication technologies to sell and support innovative products, Hayden was an early implementer of online marketing programs that engaged customers and generated revenue, building one of the Internet’s premiere corporate Web sites in 1994. Immediately prior to Aspen, he directed Global Outbound Marketing for EFI, a digital print technology provider.

He is a private pilot who is currently working on his instrument rating. Before his career in the high tech world, Hayden literally grew up in the avionics industry, working as a repairman and a dealer from a young age in his family’s avionics sales and service business. Brad has a BA from the University of Utah.
