Expands Program To 11 Aircraft Types

The joint venture between Emirates and CAE ... Emirates-CAE Flight Training (ECFT) ... announced at the 2015 Dubai Airshow that it has signed a five-year business aviation training agreement with Arab Wings to expand its training program with ECFT from three to 11 aircraft types.

"We have had a very productive relationship with Emirates-CAE Flight Training for the last four years," said Ahmad Abu Ghazaleh, CEO of Arab Wings. "Based on the strength of our training experience we were very comfortable expanding the relationship to the rest of our fleet and consolidating our entire training under one provider."

"We are proud to expand our training partnership with Arab Wings," said Walter Visser, Emirates-CAE Flight Training Managing Director. "We look forward to continuing to provide the high-quality training and customer service they have come to expect over the course of this agreement."

ECFT will be providing training services on 11 different aircraft types including models for Bombardier, Gulfstream, Cessna, Hawker and Embraer. It will be conducted in 5 locations of CAE's global training network, Dubai, UAE; Burgess Hill, United Kingdom; Copenhagen, Denmark; Dallas, Texas, in the United States; and Madrid, Spain.
