Hartzell Engine Tech Hosting Forums at EAA AirVenture

Series of Activities and Technical Forums During the Week

Hartzell Engine Tech will be hosting a series of events and technical forums during the week-long EAA AirVenture, July 22-28 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Two popular YouTubers will be at the Hartzell Engine Tech Booth #1111: Jimmy’s World YouTube will be there on Wednesday July 24, at 11 a.m. Jason Morrison of the YouTube show Rebuild Rescue will be there on Saturday July 27, at 11 a.m.

Hartzell will also host three educational forums at Superior Air Parts Booth #258:

  • There’s A Reason It’s Called the Master Switch
    • Tuesday July 23, 1 p.m.
    • A comprehensive discussion of the typical general aviation aircraft electrical systems
       
  • Anything You’ve Ever Wanted To Know About A Hartzell Aviation Company But Were Afraid To Ask
    • Thursday July 25, 8 a.m.
    • Stump the Hartzell experts with your questions about anything related to electrical systems, turbocharger systems, propeller systems, ignition systems, cabin heater systems, or other engine accessories.
       
  • Cause and Effect: Alternator Drive Gear Couplings
    • Thursday July 25, 1 p.m.
    • History of the Continental Permold style gear drive alternator installation and the gear coupling installation. A must-attend for owners, operators, or maintenance techs maintaining the Permold style engine gear driven alternators.
