ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ANCHORAGE ARTCC (ZAN) ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 12600 WITHIN A 5 NM RADIUS OF 680747N 1492840W. REED BONSON, STATE OF ALASKA TELEPHONE 907-451-3047 IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. FAIRBANKS AFSS (FAI) IS THE FAA COORDINATING FACILITY, TELEPHONE 907-474-0388.
