Aviation Hall Of Fame Seeks New Executive Director

Board Chair: "We're Looking For A Proven Leader"

The National Aviation Hall of Fame has launched a nationwide search for an Executive Director, the organization's chairman announced Thursday.

"We're looking for a proven leader -- someone who can help to take our organization forward and on to the next level," said Alan Hoeweler, Chairman of the National Aviation Hall of Fame's Board of Trustees.  "The individual we select will be instrumental in helping us fulfill several near-term objectives in the areas of education, development and visibility."

Hoeweler added that candidates for the Executive Director post should possess outstanding managerial and communications skills, a solid familiarity with fund raising, good contacts within the aviation and aerospace communities, and a highly successful track record.
