EFFECTIVE 0802081620 UTC UNTIL 0802081855 UTC.PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137A(1), TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT DUE TO IRON MINE BLASTING ACTIVITY. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE MINING COMPANY ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 4500 MSL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 473101N/931602W AND THE HIB VOR/DME 291 DEGREE RADIAL AT 019 NAUTICAL MILES. MINING COMPANY COMMUNICATION, LARRY SCHMELZER TELEPHONE218-778-8739, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MINNEAPOLIS CENTER /ARTCC/ ZMP TELEPHONE 651-463-5580, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
