American Legend Extends Offer On Special Edition Legend Cub

Includes Upgraded Interior, Composite Prop, GPS496

American Legend Aircraft Company announced Tuesday the company will extend the offer of its AirVenture 2007 Special Edition Legend Cub, which features options intended to enhance the Legend Cub flying experience.

As ANN reported, the Special Edition Legend Cub incorporates the most popular configuration options chosen by Legend Cub customers. These include a J-3 style open cowl with a 100-horsepower Continental O-200 engine and a full Garmin avionics package with a panel-mounted GPSMAP 496. To sweeten the offering, American Legend is equipping the Special Edition Legend Cub with a collection of comfort, performance, convenience and safety options.

The free equipment on the Special Edition Legend Cub includes an upgraded leather interior will full width aft seat, a composite (lightweight and quiet) propeller, an air/oil separator, and 406 MHz next-generation ELT. All totaled, these popular options normally cost $3,685.

The offer will be extended through the end of August 2007. It was previously available through the close of AirVenture Oshkosh 2007, which ended July 29. Customers can expect delivery of their Legend Cub approximately 90 days from the date their order is placed.

American Legend Aircraft Company manufacturers the Legend Cub, Legend FloatCub, Legend Combat, and Legend Cub Special -- all FAA-certified aircraft for sport, recreation and training.
