DOD, MEDEVAC, LAW ENFORCEMENT, RESCUE/RECOVERY, EMERGENCY EVACUATION OR FIRE FIGHTING OPERATIONS THAT ARE IN CONTACT WITH ATC AND ARE SQUAWKING AN ATC ASSIGNED DISCRETE BEACON CODE; 3. REGULARLY SCHEDULED PART 121 AND PART 129 AIRCRAFT THAT MEET OR EXCEED THE TSAS DOMESTIC SECURITY INSPECTION PROGRAM STANDARDS. HOUSTON TRACON, 281-230-8441, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
