"NATA is thrilled that Congressman Graves has been chosen to succeed Rep. Vern Ehlers as the Republican Co-Chair of the House General Aviation Caucus," said NATA President James K. Coyne. "A passionate aviator himself, we can always count on his steadfast support of the general aviation industry."

"On behalf of the NATA membership I sincerely thank Congressman Ehlers for his leadership in creating and guiding the House General Aviation Caucus," Coyne stated. "Over the past 16 years in Congress, Rep. Ehlers' support of general aviation has been unwavering. We will truly miss his leadership."

The General Aviation Caucus, sponsored by NATA, the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, the National Business Aviation Association, Experimental Aircraft Association, and the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association, was created to educate Members of the U.S. House of Representatives on issues important to the general aviation industry. Since its creation in 2009, the GA Caucus has grown to include more than 100 members.
