Appointed: David Davenport Added To Solairus Aviation Leadership

Davenport Is A United States Air Force Academy Graduate

Solairus Aviation has announced the appointment of aviation industry veteran David Davenport to its executive leadership team.

Davenport is a United States Air Force Academy graduate, holding a bachelor's degree in Business Management. Davenport completed a 20+ year career with FlightSafety International, most recently as its President & CEO. He has served on the National Business Aviation Association Board of Directors, the Board of Governors for Corporate Angel Network, and in leadership capacities for The Wings Club.

"Solairus has always stood-out as a safety-first organization, with a unique culture and a heavy emphasis on hiring and training the right people for the job, whatever the job is," Davenport said. "Joining Solairus will give me an opportunity to leverage my experience in the industry and build upon the considerable platform already in place at the company. I am looking forward to supporting Solairus' managed clients and the long list of outstanding team members."

"Having great people on the team is fundamental to the success of any business. Adding Dave is a perfect example of how we strive to emphasize the value of people, not just planes, in what we call 'The Solairaverse.'" said Solairus CEO, Dan Drohan.

"In order to support our clients, employees and expansion, we have to continuously attract and retain the very best in the industry. Dave represents just that type of opportunity for us."
