PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN AN AREA BOUNDED BY 444600N/1155100W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 071 DEGREE RADIAL AT 15.2 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 444400N/1153820W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 076 DEGREE RADIAL AT 24.3 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 443400N/1152830W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 092 DEGREE RADIAL AT 33.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 442710N/1153152W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 104 DEGREE RADIAL AT 34.5 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 442730N/1155400W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 126 DEGREE RADIAL AT 22.7 NAUTICAL MILES THEN TO 443230N/1155600W OR THE DONNELLY /DNJ/ VORTAC 120 DEGREE RADIAL AT 17.8 NAUTICAL MILES BACK TO ORIGINAL POINT AT AND BELOW 11000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS.
