Source: Jack Williams, CEO, Eos Airlines, after the 'premium class' New York to London carrier announced that it has filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. The petition was filed April 26, 2008 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York.
