PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 364821N/1121453W AND THE PAGE (PGA) VORTAC 246 DEGREE RADIAL AT 39.2 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 9,300 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT, (LEFEVRE FIRE) FREQ. 135.65. THE USF.S., TELEPHONE 928-635-2601, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITIES. THE CEDAR CITY (CDC) AFSS,TELEPHONE 435-586-1525, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
