StandardAero Names Jack Lawless President Of Associated Air Center

Will Also Continue To Serve As Chief Operating Officer

StandardAero has appointed Jack Lawless, President of Associated Air Center in Dallas, TX. Lawless will manage his new duties as Associated Air Center's President concurrent with his existing duties as StandardAero's Chief Operating Officer.

"Jack has worked closely with AAC since DAE purchased the business. His extensive experience and proven ability to drive operations and customer satisfaction are key to AAC's continued success in this challenging economic environment," said StandardAero President and CEO, Rob Mionis. "Jack will continue to work closely with leaders across the organization to complete the business transformation project already underway. With Jack at the helm, AAC is well-positioned for success."

Prior to this most recent appointment, Lawless served as Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain of DAE Manufacturing & Engineering, a position he held since April, 2007.

Immediately prior to joining StandardAero, Lawless was Vice President, Aerospace Global Sourcing, and Vice President, OEM, for Honeywell. Lawless began his business career with AlliedSignal in 1983 upon successfully serving in the US Air Force.

StandardAero, a Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) company with $1.4 billion in annual revenue, specializes in engine maintenance, repair and overhaul, and nose-to-tail services that include airframe, interior refurbishments and paint for business and general aviation, air transport, and military aircraft.
