ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000FEET MSL 5 NMR OF 373600N/0991631W AND THE DODGE CITY /DDC/ VORTAC105 DEGREE RADIAL AT 37.8 NAUTICAL MILES. THE KANSAS EMERGENCYMANAGEMENT DEPT. TELEPHONE 785-274-1753, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENEEMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. KANSAS /ZKC/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 913-254-8500, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
