'Just say no' is a slogan, not a way around the board's fiduciary duty, particularly when its primary advisor is being paid a premium to justify remaining independent."

Source: From a statement released Monday by AirTran Airlines CEO Joe Leonard, regarding his airline's third takeover bid for rival Midwest Airlines. Midwest shareholders and executives have soundly rejected all previous bids for the carrier from the Orlando, FL-based low-cost airline.
