Source: Tony Pascoe, one of thousands of passengers who suffered through the chaos at British Airways' new Terminal Five at London's Heathrow airport. Two weeks after the brand-new facility was opened with much fanfare, T5 was the scene this week of hundreds of flight cancellations, stranded passengers, and at least one reported employee fistfight. The carrier says things are returning to normal, with "only" 37 cancelled flights expected for Sunday.
