ETC Can Save Us Money -- Lots of Money

Revolutionary Technology Has Potential to Save Armed Forces 'Billions'

Environmental Tectonics Corporation wants everybody to know about the development of their revolutionary simulation technology -- Authentic Tactical Flight Simulation (ATFS). The ATFS technology offers the tactical air training community a unique simulation capability which could save billions in the reduction of operating costs, aircraft mishap risks, wear on high cost tactical aircraft, and expensive tactical range operation and requirements costs. The ATFS technology will be demonstrated at ETC's Southampton (PA) facility during First Flight Days, November 12, 13, and 14, 2003.

During First Flight Days, ETC will provide live demonstrations of the ATFS in operation. ETC's test pilot will fly the ATFS in tactical flight simulation mode two times each day. Attendees will have the opportunity to see how the ATFS provides a pilot with continuous motion cueing and sustained G cueing in real time flight. ETC will display modular cockpit technology and high fidelity cockpits for the F-18D, the MIG-29N and the Hawk Mk-208. Throughout each day, flight training subject matter experts will conduct presentations on the following topics: Tactical Flight Simulation, Upset Recovery, Tactical Flight Simulator Safety Features, and Solving the Spatial Disorientation Problem.

ANN will be there, getting to see this technology first-hand...
