Say, Do You Hear Something Ticking?

TSA Closes Terminal Over Bomb Suspicions

Aviation executives at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks (CT) shut down a terminal Saturday because of an apparent bomb scare. Terminal A was closed for more than three hours. Several flights were delayed.

State police even sent in a bomb squad to check the suspicious item. It was a florescent wall clock that belonged to an Orlando (FL)-bound Southwest Airlines passenger. The clock was "disarmed" and the passenger maintained he didn't know a darned thing about explosives, bombs or how to make them.

The investigation continues.

There's no word, however, as to whether the passenger made it to Orlando.
