Aero-TV: Team MS760 - Preparing for the 2010 Season

All-New Aerobatic Team Features the MS760 Paris Jet

Nearly 1,600 air show professionals are currently gathered at the International Council of Air Shows Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.  To celebrate the 2009 ICAS Convention, Aero-TV is profiling some of the most extraordinary air show performers we’ve had the honor to meet over the last year.

At the 2009 NBAA Meeting & Convention, ANN’s Tom Patton took the opportunity to speak to Captain Snodgrass and Lt. Colonel Kerby about their preparation for the upcoming 2010 air show season.

During the convention, the MS760 Corporation announced the introduction of a new MS760 engineering and support program in conjunction with the acquisition of the MS760 type certificate by JetSet Aviation Holdings SAS. Admired for its ease of maintenance and flight characteristics, the MS760 Paris Jet will be the aircraft of choice for the new duo.

Debuting in the 2010 air show season, Team MS760 Aerobatics is an all-new two-ship aerobatic formation jet team.  While Team MS760 is new to the air show circuit, the pilots are well recognized in the aviation community; Captain Dale “Snort” Snodgrass, United States Navy Retired, and Lt. Colonel Jerry “Jive” Kerby, United States Air Force Retired, are both decorated military veterans with thousands of hours each in military jet aircraft.

In addition, both men have been key members of the USAF’s Heritage Flight, a widely popular formation team that showcases the military’s aircraft evolution over the years.  Join Aero-TV as we learn what it takes to transition from military heavy-hitters, such as the F-14 Tomcat and F-15 Eagle, to the world’s first very light jet.
