GAMA to Host State of the Industry Conference

GAMA Will Announce Last Year's Aircraft Shipment And Billing Numbers

The General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) is set to host its annual State of the Industry Press Conference on February 23, 2022.

The conference is an annual event to review the previous year's goings on in the industry. 2022 is looking to be on an upward trajectory, as seen in some metrics. Now that the number-crunching for 2021 is largely complete, GAMA can take a look back and evaluate the progress made towards meeting pre-pandemic totals.

During this event, GAMA will announce last year's aircraft shipment and billing numbers for the global general and business aviation industry, provide some industry updates and host a panel discussion with industry leaders on the issues important to general aviation.

The event will start at 1:00 p.m. ET at the National Press Club, in Washington D.C. Those hoping to attend will be subject to the Vaccine Entry Requirements by order of the Mayor. Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination, with FDA-approved vaccines by paper documentation or photo imagery is required, and the National Press Club will bar entry to those who fail to meet the standard. Facemasks must be worn at all times, in between actively eating or drinking. Those exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 will be reported to Press Club staff.
