PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 370152N/1134431W AND THE CEDAR CITY /CDC/ VOR/DME 199 DEGREE RADIAL AT 55 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 8500 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHT. CDC AGENCY TELEPHONE 435-586-4600/126.825 (NORTH GEORGE FIRE) IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. CEDAR CITY /CDC/ AFSS TELEPHONE 435- 586-1525 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
