ASA 2024 Test-Prep Materials to Ship Next Month

Learning on and for the Fly

The ASA 2024 Test-Prep books and Test-Prep Plus (book + Prepware) will begin shipping 01 November 2023. The 2024 Test Guides for mechanics are shipping currently. The new editions reflect the latest information germane to comprehensive preparation for FAA Knowledge Exams and include updates for the coming two years.

ASA’s development of test-preparation materials is informed by more than eighty-years’ experience with the FAA’s airman certification and testing process. ASA’s study materials are at once easy to acquire, practical, and eminently conducive to the retention of aviation knowledge and successful test-taking. What’s more, ASA’s curricula are available in book, software, and online ground school formats.

ASA’s 2024 offerings include:

Test Prep books (TP-__-24) for pilots provide questions with explanations for correct and incorrect answers arranged in chapters based on subject matter for an efficient study program. Each book includes the figures, charts, and diagrams needed for each exam bound within the book. Each complete FAA CT-8080 is included in the back of the Test Prep so applicants can become familiar with the same supplement material provided at the testing center for the official FAA exam. Test Prep books include 5 online practice tests.

Test Guides (AMG-24, AMA-24, and AMP-24) for aviation mechanics are invaluable when preparing for A&P certification. Each book includes questions, answer choices, references, and explanations, as well as a guide to the AMT Oral and Practical tests. All figures, charts, and diagrams needed for each exam are included in each of the Test Guides. 5 FREE online practice tests are also included with each book.

Prepware (PW-__) combines all the information found in the Test Prep book, with the added benefits of computer-based training—including performance graphs, realistic practice tests, study and review modes, and built-in timers. This downloadable software installs to a computer (Mac and PC compatible) and includes a two-year subscription to Prepware Online, offering study and use of test features on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone! This product also allows student integration with Prepware School.

Prepware Online (PWO-STU) includes a two-year subscription to any single test database, offering study and use of test features on all of your devices! This product also allows student integration with Prepware School. Also available as a physical card with code (TWO-SCL-S).

Test Prep Plus (TPP-__-24) includes a book plus the most current Prepware software and a two-year subscription to Prepware Online. This money-saving deal has the most flexibility, offering study from a book, on a desktop or laptop computer, tablet or smartphone. Available for pilots and mechanics.

Prepware School (PWO-SCL) is the ideal program for flight schools and training centers: multi-user support and study for all FAA Knowledge Exams anytime, anywhere, from any internet connected device. Also available as a physical card with code (TWO-SCL).
