Record The Joys Of Flight – With PS Engineering's Streamer Module

Provides Audio Output To HD Video Recorders

Just a few weeks ago, PS Engineering added IntelliAudio dimensional sound to its popular PMA8000BTi audio panel. Now, the company is announcing another feature, the integration of a Bluetooth streaming audio module that can be added to the PMA8000BTi to provide audio output to High Definition video recorders.  This is compatible with the popular GoPro video cameras equipped with Sena GP10 modules, through a wireless Bluetooth connection. Other Bluetooth utility is available, such as audio recorders, headsets or Bluetooth hearing aids.

The PS Streamer module has a list price of $199.95, and can be added to compatible PMA8000nseries audio panels. Shipment of the module will begin in May 2016.

The Bluetooth streamer is transparent to the normal audio panel operation; and a simple push of a button pairs and starts the streaming output. The user can select from with COM radio audio, or the same audio heard by the pilot, including IntelliAudio-processed communications, intercom and music.

Founded in 1985, PS Engineering has become a leading manufacturer of general aviation intercoms and audio control systems. The company’s sole corporate focus is excellence in the design and manufacture of audio control systems for General Aviation Aircraft.  PS Engineering is credited for many innovations in the field, including IntelliAudio spatial processing, IntelliVox, Softmute, Karaoke Mode, Split mode, Swap Mode, and the IRS(Internal Recording System). With a network of over 600 authorized dealer/installers worldwide, the company is a leader in retrofit avionics as well as a supplier to other major avionics manufacturers for their audio panel requirements.
