Performers Step Up for EAA AirVenture 2025

World-Class Performers and Aircraft Commit to Fly at Oshkosh

The Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) recently announced several updates to the performance roster for this year’s AirVenture Oshkosh airshow. Both new and returning performers have committed to fly during afternoon and night events.

The 72nd Experimental Aircraft Association fly-in convention will be held from July 21 to 27, 2025, at Wittman Regional Airport (OSH) in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The week-long celebration features nine airshows, with two being after dark on July 23 and 26. The others are daily afternoon events.

“Each year, we build the air show roster for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh based on welcoming some of the best air show performers in the world, along with suggestions from attendees that include past favorites and new performers emerging on the scene,” explained Rick Larsen, the EAA’s vice president of communities and member programs.

Notable appearances include Randy Ball flying the MiG-17, Jerry Conley in the de Havilland Vampire, and Greg Colyer showcasing the T-33. Warbird enthusiasts can expect performances from the Class of ’45 with a Corsair and P-51, Vicky Benzing’s P-51 routine, and Bernie Vasquez in another historic warbird.

Aerobatic displays will include Rob Holland in the MXS-RH, Michael Goulian in the Extra, and Skip Stewart’s Prometheus 2. Additional acts include the Northern Stars team in Pitts Specials, the Titan Aerobatic Team flying T-6 Texans, and several solo aerobatic pilots like Bill Stein in the Edge 540 and Philipp Steinbach in the GB1 Gamebird. Of course, airshow legends like Kyle Franklin and various skydiving performances will be making appearances to round out the week’s fun.

“Regardless of the day during AirVenture week, aviation enthusiasts coming to Oshkosh know that the air shows will be filled with tremendous sights and sounds, as well as extraordinary pilots and legendary aircraft,” Larsen continued.

The latest announcements are on top of the previously confirmed F-22 and F-35B military demonstration teams. With the airshow still being six months down the road, many more acts are to come.
