ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF EL PASO NATURAL GAS ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACEAT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 353717N/1092414W OR THE GALLUP /GUP/ VORTAC 275 DEGREE RADIAL AT 27.4 NAUTICAL MILES. EL PASO NATURAL GAS, TELEPHONE 505-722-3614,IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. ALBUQUERQUE/ZAB/ ARTCC, TELEPHONE 505-856-4500, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
