MGL Avionics Launches iEFIS Challenger 10.4

New Instrument Is A Larger Version Of The 'Explorer'

MGL Avionics is proud to announce the release of the iEFIS Challenger 10.4" Touchscreen. The Challenger is the big brother of the 8.5" Explorer that has been sold for the last year. The Challenger features a bright 2000 nit resistive touchscreen display that is setup specially for use in the cockpit.

It responds to 'pushes' helping to avoid unintentional taps and swipes in turbulence. The Challenger is a full featured flight, engine, fuel and navigation instrument. Challenger screens can be mixed with any other iEFIS screens (such as the Explorer), with a total of 8 screens possible. All screens connect to the 'iBox', which is the heart of the iEFIS system, handling all pitot/static, GPS and signal processing as well as communication with all devices via the reliable CAN network.

The iEFIS Challenger also features MGL Avionics' unique level of customizability. All screens can be completely customized by the user if desired, and up to 4 engine boxes (RDACs) can be used allowing multi-engine displays, or satisfying almost any unique requirement.
