Brian Kulpin, who says airport executives are furious that, for the
second time in less than a month, an iced-over glideslope antenna
failed, forcing the airport to delay dozens of flights Sunday and
strand thousands of passengers. The passengers have mostly found
ways home, but Kulpin says his airport authority chief is headed to
Washington, planning to pound on some desks and get some
answers.
