Eclipse Unveils Carefree Ownership Program

Extended Warranty, Other Incentives For New Owners

Eclipse Aerospace has taken the wraps off of its new Carefree Ownership Program. For a limited time, EAI is offering a limited number of 550 Jet Positions with a number of incentives in addition to the standard features and warranties of the Eclipse 550.

As part of the Carefree Ownership Program, Eclipse Aerospace will pay for fuel for the first year of ownership of an Eclipse 550 Jet, up to $75,000 in the first year. The company says that represents up to 225+ hours of flight time. In addition to a tip-to-tail two year aircraft warranty, Eclipse will enhance the airplane's warranty to include all scheduled maintenance, inspections, and consumables at no additional cost. It includes all scheduled maintenance for the first two years; all inspections through the 24 month / 300 hour inspection of a new Eclipse 550; and all aircraft consumables, including tires, batteries, brakes, and oil

Eclipse will also assist new owners in scheduling their entire training process, and will provide a training allowance to cover the cost of Eclipse Jet training, including:

  • Jet Basics Training
  • Multi-Engine Rating
  • Upset Recovery Training
  • RVSM Training
  • Eclipse Jet Type Rating
  • SimCom Mentoring

The offer is in addition to the standard features and warranties of the Eclipse 550.
