WestJet Pilot Agreement Ratified

Four-Year Contract Will Be Effective January 1

The WestJet Pilot Association (WJPA) announced that WestJet pilots have endorsed a tentative agreement with WestJet. The new four-year agreement will be effective January 1, 2015.

"We are proud of what this agreement has attained and believe that it meets the priorities of our pilots and the company. We look forward to using the momentum from this agreement to build on WestJet's continued success," said WJPA Co-Chairs Michael Wesolowski and Paul Ysselmuiden.

The WestJet Pilot Association represents WestJet pilots as part of the Proactive Communication Team (PACT), WestJet's employee association representing 9,500 non-management employees across Canada.
