Source: David Balevic, CHC President and Chief Executive Officer, commenting on the completion of its acquisition of Babcock International’s offshore oil and gas aviation business. The acquisition strengthens CHC’s position in the industry, increasing global visibility, while enhancing the scope of offshore crew transportation operations. Additionally, the acquisition will expand CHC's fleet by around 30 aircraft across the UK, Denmark and Australia.
