U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels, held the squadron's change of command ceremony at the National Naval Aviation Museum on Naval Air Station Pensacola earlier this month.

Cmdr. Ryan Bernacchi relieved Captain Tom Frosch as Blue Angels commanding officer and flight leader, and spoke of his optimism for the future and pride in taking command of the prestigious squadron. Lightspeed Aviation, has announced that for the first time in history, pilots and their passengers can enjoy the untethered freedom of a wireless aviation headset. According to Lightspeed, Tango uses a patent-pending combination of analog and digital technologies called, Lightspeed Link, to create a wireless signal that delivers quality audio and clear communications. This technology is independent of Bluetooth or WiFi. More than 30 pieces of World War Two aircraft nose art belonging to the commemorative Air Force have been loaned to EAA for display at the EAA AirVenture Museum located in Oshkosh.
