The Opening Day Concert Nonetheless Looks To Be Exciting

Sun 'n Fun has had big plans for opening day... but a change-up has been required after headliner Trace Adkins managed to suffer an injury. 

So... Adkins will not be able to perform at SUN ‘n FUN 2024 and in his stead, the Opening Day Concert will feature Dylan Scott with special guest Sara Evans. 

"We look forward to seeing you at the concert on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at 6 pm," notes the SnF crew.  

Dylan Scott is no small potatoes... he originally hails from Louisiana, has toured with Garth Brooks, Luke Bryan, and Chris Young, among other country music all-stars. His latest album, Livin’ My Best Life, features the evocative single “New Truck,” as well as the popular TikTok ballad and sensational radio single, “Can’t Have Mine (Find You A Girl).” Scott has notched four No. 1 radio singles (“My Girl,” “Nobody,” “New Truck,” and “Can’t Have Mine”), as well as Top 5 hit, “Hooked.” The popular single, “Nobody” is a tribute to his wife and earned Scott a 2021 CMT Music Award for Breakthrough Video of the Year. Scott presented the CMT Breakthrough Video of the Year Award at the 2022 CMT Awards on CBS and earned a 2023 ACM nomination in the category, New Male Artist of the Year.
