Oshkosh is On Through 2027

Wittman Regional Remains Home for AirVenture for Years to Come

The Experimental Aviation Association has confirmed dates for their yearly AirVenture fly-in all the way through 2027, confirming each week to take place at Wittmann Regional Airport in late July.

The change is great news for those who like to plan a long way into the future, with each convention held in the region since 1970. The EAA knows that it's just about the biggest thing in sport aviation throughout the Western Hemisphere (and even beyond), so it's something of a courtesy to provide a heads-up to the rest of the industry.

“As the aviation community looks at Oshkosh as one of its highlights each year, we wanted to announce the dates for the next several years so people can plan for their trips to Oshkosh,” said Jack J. Pelton, EAA CEO and Chairman of the Board. “We also realize that AirVenture’s dates affect the scheduling of many other aviation events, as well as other activities in Wisconsin, so it’s important to have these dates finalized.”
