Details of the TFR:

Location: The TFR is centered on the Baltimore VORTAC (BAL), specifically on the 074-degree radial at 6.8 nautical miles.
Radius: The restriction encompasses a 3 nautical mile radius.
Altitude:  The TFR extends from the surface up to and including 1500 feet AGL.
Effective Date:  The TFR is in effect from March 26, 2024, at 1545 UTC and is permanent until further notice.

No pilots may operate an aircraft in the areas covered by this NOTAM except:

ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF MARYLAND STATE POLICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE. MEDIA CONCERNS REGARDING THIS TFR SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO FAA PUBLIC AFFAIRS THROUGH THE WASHINGTON OPERATIONS CENTER AT 202-267-3333.

It is important to stay updated on this NOTAM and check for possible changes before conducting operations within this region.
