Enstrom Helicopter Confirms 2025 Maintenance Training Dates

Hosting Expert Training For Both Piston And Turbine Models

Enstrom Helicopter Corporation announced the dates it will be hosting maintenance courses in 2025. They are offering expert training for maintaining both piston and turbine helicopters.

Pilots and maintenance technicians who take advantage of the courses will learn the subtle nuances of Enstrom helicopters. Areas that will be given emphasis include inspection procedures, routine maintenance, overhaul, airframe and rotor system troubleshooting, main rotor tracking, and tail rotor balance procedures. There will be opportunities to practice with hands-on display models and special tooling.

The dates for the training courses are:

Piston

  • June 9-13
  • September 22-26

Turbine

  • June 16-20
  • September 29-October 3

The courses run for five days, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

All courses are accredited for I.A. renewal. Enstrom will offer two options for certification: One is for A&P mechanics and the other is for non-mechanics to gain familiarization certification with Enstrom.

Anyone interested in attending is welcome to register, and after completing the course, attendees can return for a refresher course at any time. It is not required to complete both piston and turbine courses in the same year.

Chip Zeismer, Enstrom’s Repair Station Coordinator said, “It’s great to meet people from all around the world. These pilots and mechanics get to see inside the Enstrom factory and gain a glimpse at what goes into making the aircraft.

“We’ve seen the demand for these classes grow consistently year after year. Last year, we had many new mechanics and owners sign up, and we also saw several familiar faces choose to join us for a refresher course.”

Classrooms have limited seating available for each session, but an additional summer class may be added if necessary to accommodate demand. Those accepted will be responsible for securing all their own lodging, transportation, and meals.
