Source: Richard Schachner, the southeast regional director of the USPA, speaking to the Orlando Sentinel about the Deland Police Department's recommendation that pilot William Buchmann be charged with manslaughter in the death of skydiver Albert "Gus" Wing III. The Florida State Attorney General's Office has not yet decided whether charges should be filed.
